About The Grove Spa: The spa reception area is down a flight of stone stairs where there are floor-to-ceiling windows screened with bamboo. Downstairs there is a maze of corridors and changing rooms, which include their own thermal areas. There is also a sauna, steam room and experience shower. There is also a fully equipped gym offering free fitness classes and a saline vitality pool with hydrotherapy jets.
The Sequoia Spa offers a range of rituals, therapies and massage treatments all from Natura Bisse and ESPA.
The relaxation room offers a dark and quiet place to unwind. The Garden and Pantazi rooms are decorated with honey-coloured wood and bright white furniture – here you can find hot and cold drinks.
