About the Gainsborough Bath Hotel Spa

The Gainsborough Bath Spa is the only naturally heated thermal spa in the UK, using the same natural healing waters the Romans and Georgians loved so much.

The 1,200-square-meter Spa Village Bath is located over two floors and three therapeutic pools. Because the spa was designed with its Roman origins in mind, the pools are set within an atrium and flooded with lots of natural light.

Here you will find 11 treatment rooms, including a couple’s room, a  steam room, a Suite with private natural thermal waters, two tatami rooms for Asian therapies, a beauty salon, and a fitness room. Treatments include deep tissue massage, body scrubs, hydrotherapy treatments, Swedish massage, body wraps and aromatherapy treatments.
