The Runneymede Spa Hotel is relaxing and spotlessly clean with six treatment rooms, indoor exercise pool, whirlpool, marble eucalyptus steam room, pine sauna and plenty of newspapers, free juices, teas and coffee.
Treatments include massages, body wraps, facials, body scrubs, as well as aromatherapy and Ayurvedic treatments. The spa uses leading brands such as ESPA, Guinot, and Jessica.
This hotel is home to the UK’s only HotTug – you can enjoy a soak in the hot tub while cruising down a stretch of the river Thames. There is also an outdoor pool that can be used for an additional fee at the venue.

Yes, children are welcome. There are roll-away beds available for £15 per night and cribs available for £19 per night. There is also babysitting or childcare available with a surcharge. Children are allowed into the spa Monday to Sunday 8.00 to 12.00 and 15.00 to 19.00. Children that are under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

There are two onsite restaurants at Runnymede, the Leftbank restaurant and the Lock Bar and Kitchen. There is also a lounge area for enjoying a cocktail or small meal. Leftbank restaurant specialises in British cuisine with locally sourced Surrey sausages, eggs cooked to order and artisan breads. The food is served all day in a buffet-style, where you can help yourself.
The Lock Bar restaurant (AA rosette in 2016) offers ever-changing specials with home-style cooked meals prepared at the highest quality. Try the herb-infused free-range chicken and olive oil mash or the slow-cooked beef that falls apart. There is also an interesting selection of artisan wines from independent winemakers.
The lounge offers you a cozy place to enjoy a light meal and offers entertainment like piano playing on a regular basis.
Runnymede also offers a coffee shop/ cafe and a buffet breakfast each morning from 7.00 am to 10.00 am.
